Located in a shady building with deteriorated infrastructure. It's on the second floor without any elevators, so not at all friendly for senior citizens or differently abled. Not just this, the work culture is more about giving each other employee of the month awards for doing absolutely nothing for their customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their policies as post purchase services are unavailable.

Group and is India’s largest non-bank private-sector insurer, which focuses on creating both online and offline channel where customers could buy policies without any intermediaries in a safe and secured manner. It is a joint venture between Max Financial Services and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company. The former owns 68% of the company while the latter owns 26%.After forming the joint venture partnership with Mitsui Sumitomo, Max Life changed its name from Max New York Life in 2012. There is no Max Life office exists at this address. This is almost as fraud as the the working of max life company. I went today to discuss my queries but found nothing at this location. Phone number is also not working as per expectation.

Really frustrated now with Max Life... They just torture their customers and I would suggest please avoid to fall in their trap.
