Very disgusting. Employees are not at all customer friendly. Either their knowledge is less or simply giving careless reply . It's surprising that on one hand they're on the threat of privatisation and on the other hand they're not able to create the customer friendly environment which gives strong path and justify to Government for privatisation.

Fraud Agents misselling petty policies in the name of FD, eFLAT YOJNA and what not. In reality, there is no FD or eFLAT sold by LIC. Thugs of Hindustan.
