No customer service at all. Worst experience. Never trust on them.

PNB met life is a life insurance company. A good company for employees

I am totally fade up with this bank.। I checked online opening time was there 10am to 5 pm and called landline no was not working.। I reached at bank by 2pm, they did not allow me and paste one letter timing 10am to 2 pm .। I am already harrashed with pnb insurance.। No one is listening our voice.। Kindly check enclosed picture

Please update the office timing as they don't even here customer after 2 pm.
Not happy with the behavior of staff. Not good investment option, even insurance.

It is at Halwasia Market adjoining main Hazratganj Road Lucknow. Car parking is also available near by.

Service was very good and good care was taken to maintain social distancing and all the rules and regulation of COVID protocol were taken

Polite Staff..But they takes a lot of time to work... If u have 4-5 hours then visit.

So..so place. Branch head is good but the agent who shared the plan initially with me was misselling the product.
