Very good service available here, for general insurance.

Vehicle insurance nodal point, mostly for renewal. The new policies are done mostly by vehicle dealers. UII does a decent service to customers in Tirunelveli

Worst experience when I chose this insurance policy through online. They gave NCB benefits when I purchase this policy. But when I Try to claim for loss they are saying my NCB is not applicable for last year and they found a claim for last year on my vehicle TN10BB1668. I am sure I haven't claimed last year. These insurance company is fradulen. They haven't settled my amount for past20 days after claim.

Worst response from staff. When I call them it was busy. Later I called several times no one pick the call. I have choose UNIVERSAL SAMBO.
