chor company never invest , no phone no methodology no service

I m from Udaipur, and get policy done from one of the metlife agent deployed at Axis bank. There is no branch of Metlife in Udaipur. Now i was trying to stop my life insurance policy done by Metlife from last 4 yrs but their customer service is too poor. Nobody is responding from Jaipur office and also toll free no. are not helpful. Never ever buy any insurance from Metlife. Worst company.

Fraud company at all. We are already told that we are not interested to continue this policy so why you deduct amount from our bank account. I'll complain about your company.

This company is fraud. They sell policy through banks officials with incorrect information. My 67 years old father was sold a policy with lies and when I am trying to complain, none of their email addresses work and emails bounce back.
