THEY TREAT YOU THAT AS WE ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM SPECIAL THE FRONT OFFICE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELP THE POLICY HOLDER BUT THEY WILL NOT. THEY ALL ARE SO EGOEST. WE SHOULD BE ALWAYS AWARE BEFORE BUYING THE POLICY AND THERE TERMS AND STUDY ALL THE DETAIL.

They gave me a claim amount 10500 in refund and my actual claim amount was 106000 rs bloody cheaters.... They have said Sir company k norms hai hum kuch nhi kar sakte ...not even 10% amount i have got on my claim....icici prudential life insurance is the worst go for star insurance ....i have three policie of my family members i will not going ti continue with icici prudential....i will port my policy in star....

Even if your policy number is non trackable online as if they had been issued before 2008 ..still you can get details and claims related services from this office.
