One of the best lic office I have been to. Very professional approach and helpful natured staff. I highly recommend Ms.Vani who is a development officer in the office. She explained every single detail well.

I am a LIC customer for 18 years, happy with LIC policies but this branch is simply horrible. Even the useless security guard thinks he is the managing director of the company. Just Wait and Watch, after divestment LIC will become like any private limited company, these very employees will go door to door begging for business.

Need to teach some etiquette to the person collecting cash. He needs to be told that he is getting paid bcoz of the customers whom he illtreats

As usual, lazy, callous staff. The staff here thinks that they are doing a favor to customer so they behave really badly. I don't think it is possible to reform these lazy old folks who are making easy money.
