Future Generali Company is Good but the Claim officers and Branch Managers are just Money Laundrers.
They won't listen customer problem.
If customer has problem with their solution or decisions, they will directly stop receiving call and one respond. Especially Great Mr Rajshekar is same slum language talker.
Mr Manjunath Branch Manager is an puppet of his Seniors. He will directly say I can't do anything, so his the point of contact to Us., so matter finished. They will make you to go court.
Court case won't matter them.
Just because such employees Putting Money In Future Generali is Risk, is best think money gone.
They will not approve claims.
Finally I have to reach higher authority, just waiting their response, will update on final resolution. The Rating given is for it's Employees, let's wait for Management response, and I am sure they will respond like a Big Brand of Country not like these slums

If someone is dyingyand ask for help by customer these two great men will say what should we do, you would have endorsed person to us, he is bit different now, we will not approve your claim.
