Total loss. Not recommended. Worse service and zero customer support. Selling cheap policies reminding me of cheap Made in China products.Worth for nothing. I wish I could rate - 5 Stars or may be more

Cheating poor people, worst company seen ever, zero customer support. Agents influencing poor and innocent people in trap just for their commissions. Agents trap the illiterate people and take the policy later when this policy holders go for medical claim, it's been declined telling that false information was provided by the policy holder while taking the policy. This is how they target their customers.

One of worst insurance company in india, THIS IS THE TRAP DONT GO FOR THIS, they tells you false promises when you take insurance but everything they tells are false. The hospital list they provided is also fake because not even single hospital are approved cashless facility for this insurance company, i need to use two times in a year this insurance but not even single time they useful because everything is fake, so my policy is as it is now and next time i will not go for this insurance company..

My mama have Mediclaim they claim four month before.Now today 25/8/21 officer say claim is under process. Now my mama is left. This is india.
