ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd

I have purchased online icici lombard for my friend's car but due to technical problem payment was not getting success so icici lombard customer care had informed me to open the link for payment which is mailed on my inbox and i did so.

But after few second i totally surprised that insurance is renew is done but not for my car , but someone else car Mr Parekh located in Mumbai.
Even many times i spoke to icici lombard Mr Abhisek and Ilyas but no satisfied reply.More that 12 days passed but they only stick to point that my issue is under progress.

Should i consider it fraud from icici lombard ?

When i asked customer executive that who will bear the cab charges, technically lombard should bear it but the answer what i get from lombard is " Why lombard bear cab fares ? Client is using car so he has to bear".

Car policy premium is app 7000 Rs and total amount i spend on cab from 30 Dec201717 to 4 Jan 2017 is 8400 Rs. : (

I had purchased car from Kiran motors and they do not support to cover car damage by insurance ICICI Lombard . I have 100% insurance of car but they do not cover all and asking charges for some scratches & damages. ?? Did they hide some information at purchase time ? Who should take action in such cases? Is this company policy to await until customer complain & fight ?

Verry Bad Survey service and Does not give proper reply to its customers

I have been renewing the icici lombard two wheeler policy for the last three years and I am insuring for the first time

Calling them but not replying , Very Bad Survey
Fellows survey after eight days

They are non professional, don’t how to deal and talk with customers. They have only interest till you buy it. After service is very poor.
Not recommended any ICICI policy
