Company had not issued proper policy document, after many times follow up with customer care, not getting satisfied reply nor any updates about my problem.

One of the worst experience! Don't trust on Mr. Jayesh (Manager). My mom went for paperwork where he tried to abuse the lady. His intention was not to solve the issue of the customer but more involved in personal life of the customer who was lady.

Sbipolicy is very poor, he will never pick up your call, no one should take Sbi policy
