Worst management... Representatives r liers... Service is even better in government operated banks!!!

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is a big brand of insuring life of it's customers. Although, LIC of India is largest provider in this segment, but Icipru life has also made a good presence in this category. It has a good team of dedicated employees, where others are lacking, besides, it's a private player and known for the competences. On the other hand, LIC is a government owned, burdened with government interference. In short, I personally give it a higher weight over other players in insurance business.

Staffs are very cooperative and environment is also dynamic .They spend much time on understanding customers needs and then they provide the best suitable policy to them.

Better visit some SBI branch they will be more responsive
