Don't go to this place if you can avoid going by doing your work via internet or some agent or some other branch. It's a horrible experience. The employees are true examples of government babus. They are slower then tortoise. The printers don't work. Nor do the officers. The whole process takes you to 70s. The agents are roaming here and there in hunt of existing policy holders. Their only aim is to transfer the policy in their code. Avoid. Super avoid.
