Worst Health Insurance. They are rejecting eligible cashless treatment by irreverent reasons. I am not the first person having this experience. Customer care also not listening to us, disconnecting during talk. I strongly recommend to NOT BUY Cholamandalam health insurance.

Response is a bit late, but I've credited 98% insurance amount, really thankful to you cholamandalam. Don't take negative comments. Keep work hard, submit your all medical details bills and all.

Good insurance company. The head office is located at chennai paris corner. Head office is opposite to chennai high court. Good area.

Really a third class experience I had. No one responds to the customer. Particularly the ppl from their Tambaram office. I can name the ppl too who r so irresponsible but I don't want to spoil their life by going public. But I will take it up to their top ppl if at all they are willing to listen to their customer's problems.

Disgusting experience. They rejected my wife's hospitalization claim in May 2019 citing pre-existing condition. Since it was a modest amount, I let it go unchallenged. But recently my wife had a drug related mild stroke & again they rejected on same grounds. I'm taking them to consumer forum. This is an unethical company & prospective customers should avoid it like the plague.

Update on this : I approached the Consumer Forum for redressal. Shamelessly, this company defended its actions & even got a so called Doctor to testify for it. Thankfully, the Hon'ble Judge wasn't impressed by their shenanigans & as good as called their Doctor a quack. I got the full amount plus interest accrued till refund date. The Judge was very clear he wouldn't accept any deduction whatsoever. It took me a year to teach the company a lesson. Please beware of this fly-by-night operator.
