Useless noone picks up the call. Go get insurance from better companies. Totally disappointed.

Not at all helpfull. They don't try to understand the problem in the first place and there is no chance they give any solution. They dont entertain the customers only.

Pathetic experience. Both Andheri & Thane offices don't respond at all. Andheri office atleast showed some interest but lack lustre in approach. No follow up nothing. Also Called up some 15 times at their thane office but no one picks up. God knows what kinda company their running. Somebody from the management needs to look into this seriously. All other reviews have similar patterns. If this is the case before buying the policy then what will be the condition during claims ? Horrific to say the least !!

No one the pickup the phone . I am trying from yesterday. I want my Two Wheeler policy print in PDF which i renew on 02.03.2021 in my email immediately .

Bad experience..! You don't get any answer on call.! They just pickup your call and cut it when they want. Not cooperating at all.

Very good service and I immediately took the top up policy
