Worst company to start the term plan first they do not honour reports of reputed lab second their own people are not qualified to do test and give right reports. While taking premium they tell one amount and at the time of issuing policy premium increases and they call and say that if you want to cancel the policy mail us and it will take 30 days to refund.
Why so much long time to refund our hard earned money whereas they take premium amount even before taking medical test. It’s fraud they are doing and earning interest and playing with our medical reports and sharing our information to other people.
So please do not ever go for this company’s insurance policies

The staffs are so horrible that they do not have full knowledge about the policy given to customer. They basically cheat people to sell the product. They hide the actual information and provide the surface information. It is only during the time of maturity you get to know the scenario, that you are in complete loss. This company fools people and eats up the invested amount. They do not even provide the break up even after asking for. Just horrible they are. Cheaters complete bunch of cheaters. Do not even deserve one star.

In the past I have had extremely worst experiences. But to my surprise the staff was always cordial (I had to visit 2-3 times) and on Diwali day too they helped with smile. Waiting for my claim to be settled. So main is yet to come. Hope the claims department is as good as the Frontline staff and settles without hassle and without deductions.

Not a place someone would wanna go to claim for someone's account, but a place everyone should go to apply for plans for the betterment of the people left behind and the staff is helpful as well.

This office of I-Pru life insurance is located in a very crowded place, with no parking facility around, even for two wheelers.
Lately, although due to the pandemic, but entry to the office is made a bit cumbersome.
However the staff is helpful and serve the customers as per standard procedure. Will be nice if they can do it with a smile on the face.

This is the customer service center for ICICI Prudential insurance and investment products. They will allow limited people inside after covid protocol. You will have to scan a QR code from WhatsApp and answer the question. The staff are courteous and helpful. They issues a token at the entrance and your number will be displayed. It takes average 15mins per person. If crowded your turn will come in 25mins
