Worst service..... lazy staff

Too much space for few people. High time insurance companies in public sector realise this. Customer service just okay. Staff portray as if they are favouring customer while processing premium renewals

As per my personal experience it's such a wrost insurance company. It held my reimbursement payment 60 days without any reason. When I asked them, they didn't specify any reason.
