Shobha is great at her work. Has sound knowledge of all the plans and provides good guidance by understanding the client requirement. She provides wonderful post sales services by giving reminders for payment due dates and also collecting cheques for payment. I highly recommend using her for all your Insurance needs.

Shobha has very good patience and is extremely helpful. She also helps on policies not registered thru her, in terms of current policy status, revival of policy, premium amount due, benefits of policy, maturity amount. She also advises Whether the customer is benefited by withdrawal of policy currently or await till maturity.Overall Shobha gives in depth detail and complete knowledge of the policy.
