Pathetic. Please dont fall for this. Look for a decent insurance elsewhere. We admitted mother in a Network hospital, which said cashless and all, now they have asked us to pay 25k where the bill is about 60k, later told us to pay entire amount (60K) and submit the bills for approval as in Post hospitalization. With the pressure of loved one in hospital these people cause nuisance. DONT WASTE TIME. Cancelled and claimed happily under FHPL.

Worst insurance company in India . The agents in this company r waste fellows. There is a agent named Krishna Rao. From this branch he had fooled us . Now I am not able to get the rembusment amount from star because of him. I had made a lone for my father COVID treatnment believing that I will get reimbursement amount . It is one year now I sent get it . I am paying intrest .
This happens because of Krishan Rao agent he dint inform us before. Now the star people r telling that the policy has been lapsed . So please help us . If any one from star seeing my comment please help us .

Very bad experience. I applied for disclose of Preexisting disease with valid reason.But still they have not updated. Better not go to star health.
star health company is here only for earning profit as and when u get hospitalized the company will return your initial policy payment to ur act and they wont pay ur hospital bill.
