My policy was not renewed unknowingly. During hospitalization of my family member I called Mr.Manjunath for cashless service details.. I called him thrice with many queries. Later I came to know that it was not renewed and apologized him for the inconvenience. Just after he disconnecting the call I got the call from him again, and it was an unknowing call for him. But I received, he was scolding with somebody about my frequent phone calls.. I felt really bad. Insurance agent impose/beg customers while buying the policy but at the time of service they feel irritated.. Very unprofessional behavior..

Its been 4 weeks... I didn't get any update on claim... worst service... never take insurance here
