My car insurance was cancelled by company after 4 months, because of this broker mistake. They didn't pay insurance amount.

Its an amazing company into insuretech ! Love it for its customer focus and tech solutions.

Worst service.. my money is stuck in Max Insurance from last 18 days...no helping hand from Broker....they just sell policies and make fool of customers. Never ever buy from this broking firm...made several requests but all in vain....cheaters.....

Worst Insurance service provider in industry where they not even bother for payout of their partner in offline policies booking like travel insurance......

payment has been debited but no policy received from company.till date case is still pending.

after sales support is very poor

Pathetic service by renew by and worst management by Mr.Sekhar..As I paid the money befroe 5days and now biswajit dutta not respond...So much improvement scope for customer care...

Service is not up to the expected level.
