ITC Mughal, Maikhana - The Lobby Bar

Went with the group of 25 plus people. . It took us more than 45 minutes to check in , that was the most disturbing part.
Property is old but good. Swimming pools were good and well maintained. It has green beautiful surroundings with ground where you can enjoy morning walk.
was expecting little more in terms of management and hospitality.

Food from Peshawri restaurant in ITC is amazing … it an experience all together

My experience is too bad .
I'm a makeup artist.I went to do make-up.
Their workers behaved me very badly.
They have a duty to treat everyone equally.
But ITC MUGAL is so beautiful 😍 ,I love to visit there.........

Huge well maintained property...
Attended a wedding there... Parking is an issue when they cater to more than 1 wedding at a time...

In room dining was too costly...
Service could have been better to suit the name & image of ITC hotels...
Was expecting much more...

Best location, nice staff , great food , wpacious rooms . The only con is now the rooms need renovations, specially the bath rooms arr very dated.

The hotel is 5 star experience with nice atmosphere and ambience. Restaurant remain open 24 hours. Service and personsa are very kind, gentle in talking. Love the service

Great hotel and service staff. Hotel is located pretty close to the Taj Mahal. It's got a really nice bar area and nice restaurants and fine dining experience. Also it's kid friendly.

The lobby level bar of ITC Mughal is open to outside guests also. Try this for excellent ambiance and service. Good selection is available here. The choice for snacks is available.
The staff here is friendly and helpful. Mr Saurabh, remembered our preferences and made the evening wonderful.
