RR Hotel

First of all thanks a lot to the owner of RR he really deserve salute he really know the meaning of customer service... I had a fantastic dinner at RR today but I forgot to collect the change but then I called and they surprised me with words ... Sir what ever you r saying we don't want any confirmation you can go down to the restaurant and collect ur money... Really awesome food and the best customer service...

Hotel nice. Good staff. Tea very tasty & food very very tasty & spicy 👍🏼👍🏼.

Has a air conditioned hall nice for birthday and kitty parties, sufficient seating space, customer service is average,food is okayish,basic menu,cost effective

Very very Bed Restaurant and cash counter staff very Bed person . Food quality very Bed .and not tested food . Corn icecream ka double price lete h jis pr Rate Rs.25 h .mgr Rs.50 cut krte h . Chilli pateto not tested.

Located in a posh area, on D.M. Colony road, it is less than 1 km from Kaala- aam, the central point of the city. Food is just so-so and moderately priced. Rooms are medium quality and accordingly priced.

I ordered a Masala Dosa here in its Restaurant. The Dosa quality was just passable, however accompanying Sambhar quality and taste was pathetic.

The staff there is somewhat non-cooperative. We ordered Shahi Paneer and the dish is neither tasty nor good in looks. We informed staff but they said "yaha to aisa hi banta hai".
Hope, they'll review the incident and make suitable changes at their staff's end.

What a pathetic hotel, staying one hour also is nightmare . Along with photos u see here the bed sheet and blanket were looking like just came from dust storm. There was no water in wash room forget about toiletries. In room there was 4 charging sockets but only one was working . We charge mobile or use mosquito repellant mechine .only one thing can be done. The person on reception was sleeping when we reached at 12 30am. And he straight away refused to give even water. So over all it was a nightmare. I dont recommend to sleep in ur car then in this room..

Food Taste is not upto the mark , Service and staff is good.Pricing of food is slso reasonable .
Please improve little bity food quality in terms of taste apart from that everything is ok 😊
