We went there for lunch and loved so much the food that we booked a cooking lesson the day after with Neelam! We had such a delightful time! The Thali and the pakora were delicious 🤩
Go there, you won’t be disappointed!

I visited this restaurant twice during my trip to Udaipur. Very authentic and delicious food. I always stayed inside because the sun hadn't set but they also have rooftop seating. The thali is really good and I also liked the mango lassi very much. The owners are nice! I believe she offers cooking classes so if you eat there and like it, you have the option of learning from the chef.

Have been coming here for years and never disappoints! Tasty and cheap but quality food. They have excellent understanding of veganism and most dishes can be made vegan.

Amazing homemade food on the rooftop. Customisable for vegans. Non-oily, non-greasy, lovely, flavourful food. Would definitely recommend!

Don't judge a place by its name, location or a bit of Ambience.
If you are looking for really amazing home made Rajasthani or non Rajasthani food on your trip to Udaipur away from home. Then this is the place,
Aunty and Bhaiya both are amazing hosts. And food is just so delicious.
Besides that, they serve it with real Desi ghee.
Must try their ghatte ki sabji, chhas, and dal khichdi. Located within walkable distance from all major sites and just above the indusind bank atm, in front of the cafe sun n moon.

Best home cooked food in Udaipur served at amazing rates by a family run restaurant.
No oil, no preservatives, only freshly cooked meals.
All those looking for good quality food with amazing taste, do visit this place.
I came here for 3 days straight and enjoyed Paneer Parantha, Poha, Dal Makhani, Mattar Paneer.

I visited my Udaipur with my family. Owing to old aged parents, we were in search of a place where we can have simple food. We searched on net and found mention of this restaurant in a foodie blog. This restaurant is just 150 mtrs from City Palace. If ambience turns you on, this is not the place for you. You would feel as if you're visiting a local mediocre house. They have a very simple seating of four tables and few chairs. Not a very elaborate menu. But whatever they made is amazingly lip-smacking and tasty. They don't have pre-prepared food. They prepare everything fresh. We tried their Thali and Gutta Curry. Both were delicious. The owner is a simple guy, who just believes in thorough hospitality. Highly recommended for a good, sumptuously homemade food.

My favourite cooking class in India - Neelam was amazing, such good value and so much fun. Highly recommend!

Only 700rp per person and you cook so many dishes.
