Nice ambiance. They have freak cocktails. Their winter special menu with the carrots was something I didn’t expect! I never thought I’d like carrots so much!! It’s definitely worth a try and I can promise you, you won’t be disappointed. The mutton was also very soft and tender and delicious. The Chile mulch’s was a bit mediocre compared to the other food. But overall this place is a must go. The waiters are nice and provide good recommendations basis your liking. They also explain to you everything about the food once it arrives which kinda gives it an interesting twist.

Excellent food! Just Excellent!
Won't disappoint you even a bit. No music at all, so the ambience is the chit-chat from other tables. Cocktails are totally avoidable. So are the mocktails. Lacks on the alcohol and the taste part.

Food is Godly but tad expensive.

Nice ambience. Good effort at creating interesting new Indian food. Cocktails were interesting too. I think given all this the restaurant is a bit too pricey. More like 3.5 stars.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Bombay canteen! The food here is really so unique, full of surprises (in a great way) and flavor. Our server Kesri also was so amazing. You could tell he was very knowledgeable about everything and he made the perfect suggestions based on what we were looking for and how hungry we were. I would definitely go back because there's just so much to try on the menu! Drinks were really good too. Overall, fab experience. Ambience was really nice too.

When the server suggested the coffee rasgulla sundae for dessert I was really not interested. but it was my friend's birthday and they served that dessert for her and wow was I wrong...we devoured it because we hadn't tasted anything like it and it was just perfect in every way.

Definitely recommend going here!!!

Loved the server's t shirts :)

A very fine twist on Indian classics — every dish was creative and well balanced (often better than their traditional inspirations!) Try the lamb chop starter (delicate meat fried crisp in sweet ghee) and the indulgent crab paratha. Chicken main is a bit too smothered in a uniform heavy gravy. Ob the whole, a nice taste of modern and western-looking Mumbai (and fittingly, at western prices too).

Great selection of dishes specifically curated by the chef's by traveling across the country. The small plates that we tried were bursting with flavours. And the drinks were perfect.
The only thing lacking was the service which can be improved. The staff was very busy so you had to wait for quiet sometime to actually place an order or request for change of plates.

Omg one of the best meals I’ve EVER HAD! The service and atmosphere are a huge plus too.

The flavours were on point with every dish. I was blown away at how delicious this was - thank you so much for this experience!

Go-to place if you fancy a quirky take on delicious Indian food combinations. We tried 9 of the vegetarian appetizers and none of them tasted similar or even close to anything we have had before!

Smoked Pumpkin Launji is quite a unique dish. And the Sarson ki Kachori. Actually everything is! :)

Nimona Kulcha - Delicious but perhaps would have been better with a little less Stracciatella cheese.

For desserts, the Coffee Rasgulla sundae is a must. And the Peanut Butter Jam Kulfi.

If you are a foodie, bored of the usual Indian fare - this place is not to be missed!
