Awesome food experience! It is like in 5 stars magazines. Congratulations to the staff. Everything is spectacular! If I had 10 stars possibility I would give it to you! This hotel is amazing. From the reception desk to the restaurant to the managers. Everyone is helpful and so nice, smiling all the time. Thank you!

Horrible place to stay, worst service, avoid this place, better go for nearby local hotel which is more value for money and with better staff service than this hotel.
Despite booking done well before arrival with advance payment, they denied checkin on arrival saying that booking is not done.
Despite calling multiple times, they dint provide water bottles on a daily basis.
Staff here simply not interested in providing any service.
Changed room as shower was broken and water wasn't draining out. But same was the situation in other room as well.
Staff here will judge you if you are talking in Marathi with them, which was the worst experience I even had in any hotel. They have absolutely no sense how to treat their guests.
Please avoid this hotel! Definitely not worth the price they are charging.

Fantastic experience as I stayed there for official purpose. Mr Gaurav - GM of that hotel was very polite and helpful. In evening hotel called me to join Garbha night well arranged program. Big event venue. Spacious room, great service and very professional team. Good breakfast experience.

One of the best Hotel in Sangli, with options for drink, food, with family, with friends. Seating arrangement is very comfortable, interior view and design is too good. Delicious food. Waiting room available, lodging rooms available. Very well cleanliness and hygiene mainten.

Sorry to say but 1. Service - 3/10 After calling 3 times once a person will attend Had to remind everything atleast twice 2. Food - can't give minus point as was served something 3 / 10 ( really can't rate the 3 is for roasted papad, starter and jeera rice) - thumbs up without soda ( no gas as if was opened prior) - first of all really surprised and would like to learn how to cook food without food getting hot 😁, it was not even warm. The chicken was tasteless, of course had lot of red chilli powder The wheat butter roti was bitter in taste
Starter, roasted papad and rice ( if hot then jeera rice - we ordered) was good.

Attended the bollywood night with family. Typical night with a fair mix of youngsters and families for the New Year Eve celebrations. The DJs seemed to hit the pulse with a good choice of music at the start but the people on the floor started thinning out once the numbers played got boring and monotonous only to pick momentum during the countdown.
A densely cocooned, crowded, highly humid room, carpeted floor with fire-breathing stunt performances is fun for some but a potential fire hazard!
All's well that ends well! Thanks Team Cocoon, by and large, good food, rocking young set and decent pricing made it a worthwhile experience...

Best hotel in Sangli. Best restaurant and best services! Aditya is the perfect host. He helped us solve everything we needed in the area. We really felt like home. Strongly recommend!!!
