Pathetic customer service. Please don't go over there.

These guys are horrible, they use to make you wait for the food for an hour after that they use to say sorry. i paid them without eating and went to the restaurant Chanakya next to them, they took 5 - 7 minutes to prepare the food and the food is also Delicious. i would like to tell ice spice owner that stop harassing the people.

I have visited it 2-3 times and every time the experience has declined. The food is ok but the service is really pathetic. The third and last time I visited I told them that I was in hurry plz tell which dish or food can be delivered at the earliest. They gave me two options and I ordered one out of them. After half an hour I asked when will I get the food. They said its prepared. After full 50 mins they brought the food when I had got late and had stood up and was about to leave it. I left empty stomach but full of anger. Go there if you are free and want to waste time. Otherwise there are lot of other options in solan.

Service is slow so I would not recommend you to visit if you are in a hurry or hungry. Food quality is ok-ish but there are better options available around the area. I have visited this place a lot since my childhood but the service has declined a lot with time. Would like to see some improvements especially in terms of service.

Service is good. We ordered noodles momos and thupka. Two things was good but thupka is not as per taste .
Improve it asap of you want more peoe will come at their.

I had chole bhature, banana shake and be steamed momos. Chote bhature were great with good taste and reasonable rates 90 rupees per plate). Banana shake was bad, thin watery and sugary. Didn't tasted like shake. Plus price was 120 ruppes per glass that was above the quality and quantity. Momos were normal but a bit expensive. Sitting arrangement was good and service was bit slow. Rest okay.

You Will definitely like to visit Ice Spice Restaurant & bar once..I found the Restaurant and bar is in a prime location which is near to Mall road solan. Now come to important point which is about the food. Yes! The food,services and atmosphere is good too.Price of the Food is not so high, so you enjoy to the fullest and dont drink too much it's for your own safety 😄
