The Grand Bansi Kathiyavadi

Service is to much poor, Chapati is bitter in taste and somehow burned, not giving our order fast, very much noise in the hotel, food is not good, giving butter milk after very long time, small stones in food, not giving order on time we have to wait for very long time. TOTAL MONEY WASTE DON'T GO.

I could give less than 1 star to this restaurant. Food quality is very poor. I order sizzler and it smell odd. Texture and taste is biggest challenge to them. They even don't know basics of food services. Only interior does not going to run your business. Higher quality chef and supply quality food to kitchen essentials to run business.

I think those people, who are giving 4 star and above. Might not have visited to any standard restaurant or could not have sense of food taste or they could be familiar with owner of restaurant.

This is one of the best experience I have ever had at any hotel , I mean the service and food and location and interior and everything was just amazing , I just rarely give any review like this but this time if you are looking for a hotel just don't miss this this is the best hotel of Patan
