OK as Christmas is coming soon there is good amount of stock and good offers are there some more benefits to members of heritage club I.e, we think heritage card holders.....

It's a good place to shop your grocery especially when you have a membership card. They do have great offers for regular members. You can shop your daily vegetables also along with the grocery items. The items are well arranged. They have a good parking place. However because of there less sales the products looks bit older (mfg wise) compare to Ratnadeep which is next to this.

Wrost retail store, normal grocery store is far better that heritage. We didn't find the proper brands like Maggie, gold drop or freedom oil, butter milk etc. There is no availability of fresh vegetables and no quality in products.

Ok place to shop. Not best of brands present for a complete shopping experience. It requires a massive customer centric product base to survive the comptetion from ratnadeep 2 building ahead of this business.

Heritage store is a well known retail store.All most all daily need grocery products are available .They have organic products too.Fruits are of good quality and competitive price.

Worst manager..how he got the job?..very rude attitude and very bad BEHAVIOR, he is unfit for the job. Request to the HERITAGE MANAGEMENT, just throw him out from the store..

He don't have minimum manner that, how to behave with the customer / ladies / elders. We have faced very bad experiences with him for last 5days..

Not good at all. They didn't maintain good products maximum products are ready to expiry date and damages,
staff behavior also not good,
management will not support for regular customers also,
In Hyderabad this is the one of the worst maintenance,
remaining heritage groups are good compare to this.
I hope better to change the maintenance here also

Authorities must provide high chairs for billing people to work for 9hrs a day that too standing. Groceries r good but sometimes billing issues r there.
