It's an ok place for grocery shopping. Not many choices in terms of brands and quantities. Stock also seems to be low most of the time, so if looking to buy for a whole month for a small family, might have to make a arriving trip at a later time. The staff is nice. The vegetables and perishable food stuck tends to be hit or miss based on the time of the day. Overall, not bad, but not exceptional. The discounts are the sole reason to keep going back.

I have taken membership card from this branch. I really surprised it's simply taking our money and giving back to us by installments and that to with expiry date really fed up with this offer. In membership card what ever the price is there other super markets also providing lesser than that price. No use of this card so better don't take any membership.

Heritage Fresh is good for basic shopping. You can get a membership card and avail their offers. Staff here is very courteous and helpful. After being taken over by Reliance, they have now begun to replenish the stock. The grocery items are fresh and of good quality. More variety in condiments could be added. The home-utility section could also be improved. Otherwise, for daily needs, it is a quick and accessible place to buy things. It's location is of great advantage and gives competition to local kirana stores.

Its a good location but I feel the range of stock could be improved. In my recent purchase I found that the store is heavily short in stock (maybe due to corona as the supply chain is effected) but one can expect better from an organized player like heritage.

Heritage the name given to heritage fresh is appropriate and fully match s the name. The executives in the store are very helpful to all but perticularly to sr. Citizens.All executives are dedicated to work. I went to heritage to buy fruits which are not exposed to exhaust fumes, dust etc. But no such luck all the fruits are outside the store exposed to very thing I was worried about. May be next I will buy local hawker and pay less
