Everything expensive and pathetic customer service
Don't even have basic human courtesy
Better to purchase from small shops or go to other departmental stores where customers are treated with respect

Don't get fooled by photos
Customer service is pathetic
Rude employees and owner also
They think their customers are below them instead of helping and assisting customers with a polite approach

Bad customer service and enticing customer to buy expensive products
Instead of kindly explaining they don't carry change and order customers to go get change before buying
