This one is also like as other D Marts.. the quality of grocery is matchless.. rest other branded packed items are as same as available in markets.. peoples are looking for offers and schemes in mart so they can finally save upto 10-12% off on their total purchasing which they will repay to mart in form of CGST & SGST..🤔😂

This the best shopping place ever in my life that I had visited.
When I came to Indore I have a lot of things to buy my friends tell me let's go to dmart, at that time i thought just like normal grocery store but I was wrong this is the whole complex of basic needs to Fashion. I got things at huges discount. Whatever I need I just go dmart 😊 only and shop Even our whole hostlers buy things from dmart only. If you looking for discount just go there don't think 🤔

Some cash counters were closed at peak and express counter also closed that was annoying
Other than than good for monthly groceries with discounted prices

The store is a big one. I found it crowded most of the time.

Lot of variety of household items at reasonable rate, everytime rush, shortage of billing counters and helpful staff.

Always billing related issues, as staff not understand wifi of cards to swap and very much slow...
Most of the time multiple counters were shown closed and post complain they started ...which create inconvenience to customers....
Further, multiple times trollies were found in parking area, resulting very difficult to get you vehicle...
Some tome in morning or noon hours less staff on first floor of shoe and plastic section, resulting customer queries are unanswered.
Product knowledge issue of staff, such as if we asked...where is Amul pro, plz suggest...than staff answer is simple, khatam ho gaya hoga....

Training needed before plotting the staff at the counter....

D mart is a one stop solution for all grocery needs and remember one thing when you come out after shopping never forget to taste popcorn and softy.
