A very nice society to live in, which is at a wonderful location, away from hectic and traffic. The Grand Venice mall is just within 15-20 mins travel.
Shopping arcade is there which provides all daily need items. Nice club house with all basic amenities. Nice swimming pool with wave effect. A toy train and a lake within the society to spend liesure time. A real home feeling comes from within while living the Villas which are very nicely built havidng a touch a luxuriousness.
Hospital is just within 30 mins of reach.

Beautiful villas at serene place with an experience for quality of life. Great swimming pool, club and gym. Good security system. 2-3 BHK in around 55-60 lacs.

I personally visited this project, i must say that this project is full of greenery, with wide road and spacious villas. recommended.

This is a one huge society with all the necessary amenities.
Pros-
1. Greenery : It actually feels like a Forrest with special attention given to maintain the green belts.

2. Wide roads: The roads are really wide and well maintained round abouts.

3. Excellent security :all gates are guarded with automatic security boom system and security apps.

4. Best water quality : Water supply is amazing. They have a huge water treatment and softning plant.

5. Well planned township : This place is very well planned with shops and utility services close by. Sit outs are provided, bus boarding area for kids, dividers, internet services, jogging tracks, temple etc is all within the society.

6. Amenities : The have all the modern amenities like cricket nets, tennis court, badminton courts, squash, TT, Jogging track, gazebo, parks, mini golf course, community center, wave pool, pool bar, gym, meeting rooms, in house fine dine in the club house etc.

Cons:

1. Possession is very difficult and late.

2. Maintenance is very high and they don't work properly. Maintenance team is pathetic.

3. Quality of construction is very bad. Almost each villa you can see has seepage problem. Paint falling off, cracks on the plaster. There are tons of issues here.

4. Water logging in rainy season. This is a very big problem. During rainy season there is extensive water logging in many parts of this society. Water even entered in many houses and many cars got damaged.

5. Electricity is very expensive on DG backup.

6. Area under extensive development which makes a nightmare to go in and out of the society. Huge amount of dust settles in.

7. Shortage of parking space. Each villa comes with a very small parking space and hence you will see everyone parking on the side of the road.

I would regret buying a house here considering the money I would have to pay.

Beautiful residential place. The row houses and adjacent golf course is a treat to eyes. A good place in greater noida to live a peaceful life. There are a few drawbacks as well. The distance is huge for daily commuters. There is not much shops and provisions for amenities. The construction of the villas is also not good

Paramount golfforeste is a well designed and developed huge society spread in 90 acres with all the necessary amenities. This beautiful society has wide roads, lush greenery that gives you the feeling of forest, golf course, pool, sports area, temple, gym, club, lake, park, jogging trek, market, parking facilities, bus stop and even a toy train also. There are 3 or 4 bhk ready to move in low rise villas, 2 or 3 bhk flats and 1 rk studio apartments. The society is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city in peaceful environment and well connected to metro, malls and other places. The distance from the Pari Chowk is around 8 kms. It is one of the best residential projects in Greater Noida. Society is maintained by JLL team which needs to improve the maintenance system and some other issues of the society.
