Panchsheel Greens 2

I visited this project recently and though I am not a resident or a buyer of this project, not even a broker or agent. But i must say the project is good in few terms like its spaciousness, it has huge spaces which can be considered as open spaces. The quality of the towers looks good. Parking of the possessed area is good. The under construction towers are also looking promising as construction is going on at pace. Interacted with a few buyers there as they were getting possession on that day so they also looked happy. Still I'm not a buyer but may be a prospective one now.

Greens 2 is as good as Greens 1 in Noida Extension. The project is located in the green sector of Noida Extension. Common areas are spacious like club house, swimming pool, Gym, etc. Greens 2 is the best place to live here with family.

One of good properties in greater Noida West. Phase 1 & Phase 2 is already delivered and phase 3 will be delivered in next nine months.

A promising project I must say despite all the setbacks that recently happened. Last visited it this Monday, construction of the remaining block looks fine and the RTM phase is as good as it gets. Maintenance can be a challenge but you need to consider it is a very big project and the builder should concentrate on it. Price wise it's very competitive and offers much more than the others in the vicinity. Also look at the success of Greens 1 and invest in Greens 2. The society once fully developed will be a remarkable one in the Gr. Noida West.

In this society 25 flower in every tower, and here flats and there room is very good conditions. 3bhk room have more space,here is a big park and playground for childrens

very nice society my many thanks to the engineer who made this society so beautiful and beautiful design this society is built with strong new and best beautiful location I loved it There is enough space for the kids to keep the club well Very amazing society, we have not seen such a long space yet.
