Dream Homes - Wave City Ghaziabad

As I always said they need to work on their Club House and Gym of Dream Homes Project, I am the resident of dream homes project they have taken one time 100000 rs as club membership ship and approx 1800 rs maintenance on every month .

If you see the Gym it's look like it's a 300sqft shop not more then that and if you see club it's like a kids activities area not a club house, my child school auditorium is bigger then this.

My point is when you are taking money so give facilities no matter whether it's affordable or not . Please dont complete formalities.

I hope wave management team will give their inputs on this rather then deleting this post like last time they did that.

Although the connectivity is good, but the society is very far from delhi, seems an entirely different world. The cost is unnecessarily elevated compared to the location.

Wave City will make you cry for all things .

Not sure why are they taking maintainence .The park they do not maintain . Grass is not well cut and maintained . There are many open ducts where kids can jump or fall accidentally which no one takes care .
Wall Quality is very poor . They will not at all help you with any of the service request you raise .
They sold the Dream homes saying there would be free e-rickshaw service from wave city main gate to Dream home and vice versa but now they are charging .
Dogs enter the building and go to floors also which is very pathetic .There are much more things I can go on and on .

Recently I purchased a two bhk flat at dreams home. Very good place and locality.

Place is completely open from all sides. Good opportunity for the investment. Already most of the families are living here. If you want to buy a flat then contact me. I'll help you personally.

High rise building society inside wave City. Good structure but need more good development of shops of groceries and vegetables

Best place to live in NCR.
Security wise,space wise .I can say truly a smart city.
