Gaur Cascades Society Clubhouse

It is wonderful place to chill with 100 to 150 people. Quite popular for organising birthday parties. Kitchen and catering area is quite large and excellently designed. Though air-conditioning facility of the venue is not up to the mark. Parties can be organized on terrace also. There is lack of parking spaces here as it is primarily made for the residents of Gaur Cascades Society.

One of the best residential society in Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad. The construction quality is nice, rooms sizes are good, society is well maintained and security is tight. You have Cricket Pitch, Lawn Tennis and Basketball Courts along with a club with Gym, Swimming pool and kids zone. The builders have provided amenities that help you and complement your living. so if you thinking of moving to this area, Gaur Cascade is a good choice.

It's nice well planned society. They have ample parking for residents and visitors. RFID based boom barriers for parking entry is a plus. Arrangements for security and scanning of visitors is also good as no vehicle can enter without verification of purpose.
They have decent temple in campus.
Surrounding area is well developed and it's connectivity is not bad either.
In let down their FAR is very high. Green belt is low. There is no place for kids to play outdoor games. Natural lighting/Sunlight in rooms is very limited.

This society is located in prime location of city ghaziabad and is very neet and clean.there us a small temple also for convenience of residents.open area is full of greenery and park is well maintained with very good fountains and society is having very good lights.parking is vey good.

Good society and the way visitors are handled during covid times is outstanding. Process followed is great. Facilities available within society are quite handful.
