It's well connected. Near to Airport. This is really for investment. They have 10:90 scheme. They are having 6Acres of dedicated forest, 2 club houses with all the amenities once could expect. Really worth investing

Beautiful development. Many, many green spots big and small sprinkled all over the layout. Well made roads and footpaths. Well laid out amenities.

Good experience so far. Godrej has kept their promises so far. Development is most completed. Wonderful to see the miyawaki forest is coming up.

Club House activities are very slow and the quality of work in club house and parks are bad, they are breaking already.

I owe plot here. Layout of project is good, prices are higher than other builders in vicinity. Build quality - no comment yet looks ok though. Management is friendly and active till you owe there money once paid they go in hibernation.

very good place to live in next 3-4 years. next to the main road, future industry hub. close to airport. already railway nearby, low density plots(about 100 acres and 900 plus plots), good crowd. great value for future.
