Along the Canacona Highway. There is Magsons Superstore on the ground floor. A Bank, Amul Milk Products Shop and Lazeez Pizza food joint. There are 2-3 other local food joints around the society. At the 4-junctions which is about 500mtrs from this building, there is an Udupi Hotel. Also you get plenty of fish near the bridge. Opposite to this building there is Electrical and Hardware and Wine Shops. Also Canara Bank is nearby. This area is the ancestral property of Komarpant Family. Very good location to stay and it has amazing mountain view in front of the society. At night after 8pm most of the shops get close like any other local places in Goa. This is the south zone of Goa, so is a silent zone. This is nearby to Palolem, Talpona and other nearby beaches. And is exactly half distance from Canacona is central half distance from Margao to Karwar

My friend is living in the building, thats why I visited. Few shops etc downstairs and across the street
