Vatika india next is township by Vatika builders. In this society there is 2 bhk,3 bhk and villas are available. More than 5000 families are living here. This is very peaceful area very well connected to NH.8. New gurgaon start from here only. The negative paint is that from here you have to cross toll towards gurgaon, though there is another way also available towards gurgaon. DWARKA EXPRESSWAY passes adjoining to Vatika.

Good housing society for people who are looking for greener & less crowd.

You will have nearby access to pizza hut, kfc, mc donalds, haldirams and Sapphire mall ( inox , reliance trends etc )

Lush green societies with good apartments.

It's very clean and the electricity wires are underground. It is the best place to stay.And i am living here from 5 years!!!!

Very good place. And has everything you need . Even people from express way come to this place for daily need.

The parking facility is extremely poor. I saw at least 10 cars parking slots not parked by any car and still the guard and officials didn’t allow us to park and said parking is full where we can see parking slots are available. Unfriendly, rude and non-considerate is all I can say

Very nice locality. Well planned. Open spaces between houses. Well maintained. All facilities available. Good gentry to live with, qualified educated people live there. No problem of electricity, water or any other type.
