Happened to randomly come across this project as one of my close friends wanted to go on a long drive one day to this project to evaluate this for one of his Singapore-based friends who wanted to invest and asked me to join along for the drive casually.

There are many people in this world Who love to travel other states and countries and islands , yes i m sure that i love traveling too That's how I m here I had been to Alakananda RiverFront And now I like to share my experience how I felt towards this Beast ! It's located in centre of cities and even in centre of both states A.P and Telangana as well ! Well it's hard to find a place without Sound and Air pollution , Even if we find them it's obviously city outskirts And they don't have any advantage except Air(dust,smoke) free pollution and noise free ! We always choose party over weekends or month's in different areas for refreshment and to joy ourself from this city and tiresome works and schedules , such as Resorts, Farmhouse, Beaches ,Rivers , Lake views and mountain top hills along with family and friends to just enjoy the climate over there with great views and to enjoy that pleasent atmosphere with Lush Green environment and to save them as a memory in our life and make them memorable! But this is what I never seen in my life or i can say Never expected in my life That South India will have something Called as Alakanandha Riverfront. Where the Life Restart's Yes it's true That i didn't believe it till i experience and feel with my Eyes . I got stunned and amazingly suprised by that development inside and outside which is going on and already 80% of it completed in phase 1 and club house is totally ready to use ! We all like to have one place where we want to spend our rest of the life with pleasent atmosphere with green lush environment. This is a challenge for people to either choose luck or not ! Because I don't think that another Alakananda RiverFront can appear in South India which have amenities like Private Boat which i had experienced and can't forgot that feel till now ! Overall i have many things to describe but i cant in text Be sure to visit it once coz it's upcoming next One of the top Spiritual and Riverview destination. I personally hate living in cities with their polluted weather, water and food. I always wondered about a town located in a natural environment, with lots of greenery, hills and streams. This is when we came across Alakananda project. A simple search online and a quick visit to the site, within a week we owned a piece of nature at Alakananda. Honestly, I never thought there can be such a project so close to Hyderabad.

When the team at Alakananda asked me to provide a testimonial and asked me why I chose to invest in Alakananda and what made me choose this over other options, I told them it was none of the above and was more of a “Love at first sight” – an impulse buy as I was impressed with the planning and design of the campus. Being a builder myself, I can understand the amount of work, planning and vision that has gone into creating this unique project in South India. My first visit to the property was AFTER I had finished paying the token advance and the very first impressions as we entered were very positive and made me feel that my “Love at first sight” was indeed true love and that I had made the right decision to purchase a plot here. Instead of buying just 1 plot, after the visit, I decided to buy a 2nd one for my daughter who is into Wildlife / Ecology Conservation and together, we plan to build an eco-friendly holiday homes to spend our weekends away from the chaotic city life at Hyderabad! The setbacks from the river and the height of the property from water levels make this a very safe investment. It is far enough from the highway to give you a serene ambiance, devoid of any disturbance and yet close enough to make it easy to reach. My experience dealing with the builder also has been very pleasant and since it’s a family-owned group, working with them felt more comfortable than a traditional builder. To get a property like this again will be very difficult & almost impossible at this scale – and the fact that this is an approved layout and not just farmlands makes it even more rare and special. In fact I was looking for a big property with waterfront for a friend of mine in the US for investment but could not locate one for him and that is what makes Alakananda a truly one-of-its-kind! And with the promoter relocating all the way from Bangalore to settle down in this very community, it will be of great advantage as there will be close monitoring and constant development.

I then got to know about Alakananda from a mailer and this had a couple of real photos of the site and pictorial master plan of the vision of the promoters, which really impressed me at first glance.
But even though I was impressed by the picturesque location, I was hesitant whether it would take-off and be completed on time due to the uncertainty surrounding Amaravati and Andhra Pradesh as this project falls in AP.
A couple of months later, when a friend of mine posted live pictures of the same project in our school WhatsApp group – I later learnt that he had already invested in multiple plots here and that made me feel like I am missing out on something truly potential – I immediately decided that I should own a plot and went ahead and invested WITHOUT EVEN VISITING THE LOCATION!
This is also when I realized that this project, though technically inside AP, has nothing to do with Amaravati or the AP situation – as people are coming to this place due to its scenic beauty and to own a riverfront property and NOT because it is close to Amaravati etc.
