Poonam Garden Area is very nice residence place to stay. Specially at Unique Aurum project. Awesome skyscrapers.

It's very nice residential place with good and maintained society. Solitaire is of the best society in it. Poonam garden comes under top places in Mira Road. Land mark of this place is Opp SK stone. Recently MBMC has gifted very big and nicely maintained garden close to Unique Auram CHS.

This residential area is known for good buildings like Unique Heights, Solitaire, Arena, Unique Aurum etc. It has good number of stores and utilities nearby.

Poonam Garden is having good general of population. Upcoming metro station is 5 minutes walk. There are big and small shop where you get almost everything what you need.
