Sai Gardens (Raheja) Appartment

My sister stay here at Sathya II, and is a descent place to stay. Lawns are open wide and as the name suggests, it is amidst a huge garden area with lots of greens. Flats are descent enough. I had a chance to see the Ganesh and Shiv Puja which are done monthly and comes as a chance for the flat owners as per the schedule. Had a wonderful puja done from our end with no regrets at the temple area middle of the whole garden.

Absolutely pretty place! been living here for 2 years now..The society is very calm with clear fresh air and away from all the noise pollution..Would absolutely recommend to anyone if they have the buck

Complete piece of mind when you will enter into Sai Garden. Pollution free, calm, noice free a perfect place for living.
Apartments are little bit small here but the environment is just awesome.
But in spite of these I will share few negative points.
1. If it's a rainy season then hell is better place from this.
2. Whoever is staying in ground floor make sure you have good friends so that you can go there and live with them because it will flood.
3. No proper parking system all open parking which will damage your car very easily.

One of the unique residential plans we have checked in Bangalore, old construction but visiting here is best during morning or evening time. It's close to nature but as shared by many that, it gets flooded if water is poured. Thought of buying but worried if the place might get demolished. Would love to get a 2bhk flat just to stay for a year or two. Raheja builder if it's the same as Mumbai it's one of the trusted properties.

Sizeable township with excellent layout. Nicely constructed residences.
The maintenance though is very poor.

The apartments are falling apart. It is cheap but not cheap enough for all the constant issues. Look elsewhere or you’ll be constantly giving up your time to fix issues.

Beautiful site.i loved the atmosphere..but the houses are very small
