The worst experience we had during our entire trip was this hotel. I wish there was negative marking option available too.
Rooms were horrible,they refused to provide towels, and when on insistence they did provide,they were the used ones, clearly visible... Dirty towels .. TV was not working. For extra bed, they asked us to make the bed and put the sheets,they simply left the mattress in our room. The location is disgusting and full of noise and pollution. The front view was disgusting and the backside view was even more horrible. Water bottles they provided were the opened ones, which they were continuously collecting from the rooms, refilling and giving them back to the guests.. WHO DOES THAT???? Hygiene - ZERO...
There was no staff for room service or for the kitchen. Whatever was available were totally non cooperative. Dinner Dishes were lying on the table the next morning too.
Cleanliness was below average too. Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Starting from the room, it was clean
and well provided with all the required facilities. Staffs' were above excellent. And most importantly the food served were the best and well cooked. Overall the best.

I recently stayed at Humro Himalayan Orchid and I must say that it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel room was filled with a strong smoke smell which made it difficult to breathe.

The hotel owner was also extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I had to deal with multiple maintenance issues, including a faulty geyser during the winter weather causing a major inconvenience during the stay.

It is not acceptable for a hotel to have strong smoking odors, and for the owner to be irresponsible in addressing guests' concerns.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of the smoke smell, irresponsible owner, and faulty geyser made for an extremely unpleasant stay. Save yourself the hassle and look for alternative accommodations.

Very nice stay here. The check-in process was smooth and people at front-desk is very helpful. Also, I had included Meals in my stay package. Food is excellent.

They serve really nice food. I have stayed here will All Meals Package. and every meals were delicious and served in appropriate quantity.

Would love to visit again.

Food was good. Even their service was very good. Behavior of the staffs are very helpful. Overall it was great experience to stay at this hotel.

Very courteous staff! I enjoyed my stay here. Walking distance to Mall road and just 1min away from station.

Very familiar staff,good location just near to darjeeling toy train station, foods are very tasty, big rooms and very neat and clean. Over all a great stay with family. Fully recommend to all.
