Swastik Resort

Quality of room, behavior of staff and manager, location and above all the food quality is outstanding. Decorations of the entire resort is amazing.
Strongly recommending this resort.
I think this is one of the best resorts of Tajpur.

The resort is good, good rooms. The staff for rooms are good but staff at the gates are very lazy and ask for tips without doing anything. This one guy in blue shirt asked me how much did i tip the staff in the room. Instead of focussing on his work he is more interested in what other people are earning as tips. Owner should focus on that.

One of the most unpleasant stay for around 4 hours happened to me and family just a week ago at SWASTIK RESORT.

The Resort caretaker agreed to allot 2 AC rooms for my family (my elder brother, his wife and his 17months old son) and (for me, my wife and our 19months old son).
Just entering the room in 15 mins there was a powercut (according to the caretaker it is a regular phenomena).
After 3 hours of adjustment we were there in the reception to meet the manager and requested him to turn on the DG set instead of the small generator that can only run the fans and lights. The manager demanded extra money for the DG set to run, pretending as if we were responsible for the powercut.
However, we denied for any extra payment and explained him very well that after booking the rooms the guest's should get all the services from the Hotel/Resort as it is their liability.
Finally, we ended up the discussion with a rude behavior with no adjustment from the manager's side. Infact, we booked the lunch for our kid's but we had to cancel everything and leave the resort just paying for the rooms unnecessarily.
Most surprisingly when we were loading our luggages back to the car the current supply was back, the AC's turned on.

Our message to the Resort Owner "Kindly educate your manager before you give them a job. Ask them to behave well and adjust with the guests".

Please Note -

1. Rooms are good (both AC and Non AC) also enough space for car parking.
2. The room service and caretakers are also attentive.
3. Just 5mins walking from the Sea Beach.

But, before you book the room get all the queries done otherwise you will face the same happened with us.

Nice resort very near to the beach just walking distance 2 minutes . Room and toilet are super clean and well maintained. Staff are very polite and well behaved. Spacilly Milan da ( manager) is a very gentleman with strong management power. Food quality also excellent. All over resort is absolutely nice and beautiful.

Absolutely perfect and beautiful resort , Room & bath room are super clean, food quality is great, friendly staff , walking distance just 2 minutes from sea beach . Big parking area. I recommend to all must visit .

It was a horrible experience. We booked the hotel and paid online and when we went to we got to know that they have no room left. They sent us in another cheap hotel to stay. This was not priory informed by them and when we ask our money back they misbehaved. After that they send us in another hotel which is 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. We had no option we had to stay there.

I will never go to this hotel in future and will not recommend to others.
If you are booking online then please call them before you go to check whether they have room or else don't book them.

All rooms are very nicely maintained. Cleaned properly. 2/3 mins walk from hotel to sea beach. Food and service is also good. Room charges very moderate. Sufficient space available for parking.
