It has been a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff,room services were great.
Tho initially there was a smoking smell in the room, but on asking the manager, he cleaned the air. Staff services were good

Not Recommended Rooms are Okay. Toilets are cramped.
But the best part is Front Desk is managed by a robot 🤖. Pun Intended.
"Sir check in 12:00PM hoga, for a minute, yes a minute early, You will be charged a half day tariff" This is how the reception guy talks, with no human touch to the conversation.
Rules are worse than a Paying Guest. No guests are allowed inside the lobby.

The room was clean and decent. I had to do an early checkin and they charged me half day rate. So if you plan to reach early and expect an early checkin, keep in mind that you will have to pay for it. They say on their listing that it is complementary, but it’s not.

The hotel is located strategically in the middle of Kolkata. I often stay here during my visit to Kolkata. The Victoria memorial and Birla planetarium is very close to it. The rooms are small but with all facilities. I ly vegetarian food is available but if one is interested in non veg they can order through online. They have given freedom to visitors to ask for outside food. They also provide drinks in the room. I love the food. It is tasty but prices are on the higher side. It was my second stay there and I enjoyed my stay there. The reception staff is not good they have to be visitor friendly. I don't like lots of paperwork during check in. They should have worked on it to make easy checkin for visitors.I love the parking facilities there. They also have facilities, although on a payment basis for drivers. Overall a nice and enjoyable stay there.

Great restaurants... Delicious food ever time.... And, nothing great about room but no room for compliant as well..... Superb breakfast... The best option for people who prefer ONLY VEG RESTAURANT.

Showers were nice. Bidet is a little weak. Bedding looked a little dirty. WiFi is limited. Breakfast buffet has a nice selection, but the food was a little bland, needed more spice.
