Staffs are not well behaved, they don't have any cancellations policy, the rooms are not good too small, never go to this hotel, they don't consider your problem, they don't cooperate either, and most important they just opened the hotel to snatch your money in every possible way without giving the facility. If possible I will not give a single star to them

They just cancelled our booking on our face. They didn't co-operate at all about any refund.

The hotel was nice and the staff were really helpful,but the rooms and infrastructure is a proper little old
