Hotel Hindusthan International

Not only single time, I have this hotel many times. With my business collegues, with guests, with my friends, we used to avail the hospitality of this property. Ample parking space helped us a lot.. Strategic positioned hotel, Right on the main road - Easy to access. Rooms are up to date .. very professional service... I used to write reviews if I feel from my core ... Worth visit.. Will visit again.

Condition of the rooms is not upto 5 star standards. It is below 3 star rooms at most.

Very poor service.
Bathroom basin did not have cold water flow and was not clean. I informed about this thrice in my 2 day stay and the issue was not addressed at all.
I ordered in dinner at around 9 pm and I requested clearing the plates at around 10. I was told somebody will come and pick up but the plates were in my room till next morning. I had to search for cleaning staff near my room and hand it over to them by myself.

Very nice place to stay and have lovely delicious tasty foods. Great ambience and service. I would recommend visit this place. It's located at very well connected centre of Kolkata. You can avail all sorts of public vehicle from this place and can move to any part of the city very easily.

Over all it was a nice place to stay at. But the quality of the rooms are not up to par. The bathroom door has small vents in it that opens into the bedroom. That is bit weird. The staff are good. But as written on the menu regarding late night food ordering…it’s a lie. They only serve you sandwich and nothing else. That was very disappointing. Had to go to bed after eating just 2 slices of bread.

Luxurious and great property. Location is good. Rooms are big. Have car parking. They do have their own bar and disco. Food quality is great. One of the best property in Kolkata.

The staffs have zero manners, although the one who provided service like cleaning and maintenance they were very well mannered. There were lipstick stains on the coffee cup, the rooms were not sound proof neither the thermostat worked or the water heater. Asked for room cleaning before going out for dinner came back and still it was not done. The basic concept of taking phone calls also is so poor that before me completing saying what i want they won't keep the call, forget even a thank you or yes sending or something. Lmao it's so funny that i hosted someone from outside and they way they behaved my client would ever return back to Kolkata.

Poor service, Furniture & Fittings in rooms are obselete... No towels provided in room... AC not working properly.. Doesnt even deserve to be categorised as a 3 star hotel. Only positive was the breakfast & dinner.

The hotel was good. A very old hotel at prime location. Everything is near to the hotel. Rooms were clean, toilets are also neat and clean. The best part is the food. The food is very delicious.
