Overall it is a good stay.. Mainly the location is well connected and easy to access. The main flaw of this hotel is the staff. There is lack of manpower and hence it results delay in all services. After check in around 1 pm I ordered for lunch and I got it at 2:20 pm. I have to stay hungry for an hour above. Other than that well cleaned rooms and value for money.

1st of all, the location mentioned..is not accurate. Whatever, the room was not so clean. Broken plug socket board visible. Geyser not available. No provision for dinner (even if I pay). No night lamps. A fan was there without any regulator. There were mosquitoes and no arrangement of all-out / good Knight is there. For the first time, I saw that the soap they provided was also hilarious, they cut even the small soap cake into two pieces and served me one. I asked for breakfast to be served around 8.30, because I had to check out around 8.45. They said they can't arrange it before 9. My worst stay at Kolkata. .. even one star is overrated for the night I experienced.

no soap. no hangers for used clothes. no mosquito repellant liquid. instead they provided incense sticks.
water and electricity was avlb throughout. that was a good part.

when I was sleeping in the midnight suddenly I was called at the reception and was asked the reason to stay by police cops in civil dress. asked few questions and allowed me to go.
at the time of exit the person asked for a tip I complained at the reception as there was no reason. his only service was he showed the way to room.

Staff and service was great, property has a quirky look and character to it. Besically their managers are really good,well-mannered,civilized,puritanical,observant & finally Very helpful.
This hotel is not very fancy or lavish but it's so cozy and comfortable
It feels like home in there. It was a good experience with very able hands in kitchen.
And I would not recommend it to be kids friendly as it has a lot of stairs and corners. But definitely a fun place to stay for singles or Friends & Family , solo and couple travelers.
Great budget hotel.

My stay was Delightful.

Worst hotel in the World. Hotel Interior like Hospital Dustbin.
Never clean the Bathroom and Room. Bad smell spreading surrounding of the Hotel. Many Mosquito and cockroach are moving inside the Room.
If any Gentle man taken entry in the room I am sure with in 1 hour he will be senseless other wise he will be affected by diaria, Dengu or Maleria.
If you want to do the suicide please take this hotel room only for 1 hour , I am sure that after 1 hour police' will be came for collect your dead body.
