Well located property with new & best decorates highly recommended for kind of business trips.But for family trip with more than 2 days you might not going to like it as it doesn't offer non veg foods,no in house bars & swimming pool not clean enough.

This has been my 5th stay at Hotel Saffron Crest as I have to frequent Siliguri and I cannot think any other alternatives at the given price and convenience. The staffs are very polite and pays attention to every detail and request to make sure the guest’s stay is seamless and memorable. Rooms are clean and well equipped, Bathroom is adequate sized and the parking is graciously sized to accommodate with security and outdoor located. All the amenities are provided and well take care. I highly recommend fellow travellers to stay at Saffron Crest.

Any good hotel have good entrance and so good front-desk. Palpasha is delighting and courteous, made quick check-in within few seconds..

Great rooms!
Excellent location as I was coming from Gangtok and going to Bagdogra. Cosmos mall is walking distance, city center is not too far away..

Overall decent hotel with better value than money you pay!!

We had a comfortable Stay at a Wedding. We are vegetarians and loved the food, catering, service and maintenance was top-notch. The location of the hotel is very convenient too.

Amazing overnight stay at the hotel -
- the rooms are spic n span clean
- about 30-40 minutes drive to the Bagdogra airport
- tasty and great breakfast options (pure veg)
- professional and courteous staff

The room quality is decent. The TV size if quite small plus they didn't recharge the set top box. We asked the reception still there was no sign. Although the room quality is decent and spacious.

Bathroom water flow was good too. The water bottles were supplied as small 500 ml water we asked for more. They didn't confirm the price yet sent the bottles with bill. It was quite shocking. We rejected and asked for RO water.

In the area parking is always a trouble but this hotel has spacious parking area.
