The hotel has sufficient staff to handle all services. However follow up has to be done from the guest's end. Make sure you hand out the instruction to all the levels in the hotel to get your work done. Else for Jalpaiguri this hotel is really well located and spacious. It's modern and well decorated. 💥😊💥

Hotel golden tulip has one of the best restaurants in jalpaiguri. The food quality and the tastes are really good. Online payment service is available here. I should find a reasonable price for every food items served here.

Celebrated my niece's birthday there yesterday. The ambience of the restaurant is nice and everything is clean. The restaurant has so much potential. Now as a hotelier let me mention some negative points which I observed last night which I'm sure will help in the buisness. 1. Please make sure the cleaning of the washroom area is done frequently during rush hours. 2. Please ask your employees not to stare at the guests. It makes us feel weird. 3. The taste of the food is excellent but the nut was not up to the mark. The nun was more like papad then a bread. It was crumbling. Also the size of the nun is also unsatisfactory if you compare it to other restaurants. 4. As per the number of the guest in a group allocate one or two specific stewards for food and beverage services. One or two employees running to all the tables while guests are waiting during full house is a bit frustrating. That's all I managed to notice. Hope you'll take these points in consideration.

Available good quality foods ....very nice rooms .....also good behaviour.....today we r very enjoying with family....so guys visit golden tulip....best of Jalpaiguri...🙏

Hotel is not very good. Rooms are basic and all the rooms have some issues. Service is also not very good.

Very good rooms in affordable price and service is upto the mark.Staffs are very well behaved and food quality is very good 👍 .For business trip purposes highly recommended.
